She is the author of our books, courses and games. All these resources are based on Psychological remedial research grounded in the Science of Reading Approach to Reading Instruction.

At Yellow Tree Reading Academy, our mission is to provide effective strategies and resource material to support struggling readers while equipping educators, parents, and therapists with research-based, fun, and practical literacy tools.
Grounded in the Science of Reading, we nurture fluent, confident readers through a holistic and multi-sensory approach that supports the complexities of the reading process.
In the modern age where boring classroom worksheets and screen-based digital games often dominate, we champion the power of hands-on, physical manipulatives. By doing this we take learning “out of the textbooks” to bring fun and authentic reading experiences. This improves decoding skills, it activates new cognitive pathways, deepens understanding, and reinforces crucial foundational reading skills.
Through interactive, tactile learning experiences and thoughtfully designed literacy games, we ignite the magic of reading instruction—engaging the eyes, ears, hands, bodies (movement) and hearts of children as they journey into literacy.
