1. Digital Products

All products sold by Yellow Tree Reading (PTY) LTD, trading as Yellow Tree Reading Academy, are digital downloads. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to the downloadable files via email and/or your account dashboard.

2. Usage Rights

Each product includes a single-user license granted by Yellow Tree Reading (PTY) LTD. This means:

You may print and use the resources for your own classroom, homeschool, or individual use.
You may not share, distribute, copy, upload, or resell any part of the resources.
For school-wide, district-wide, or multi-school use, please contact us to discuss licensing options.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Yellow Tree Reading (PTY) LTD does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience any issues with your downloads or receive a corrupted file, please contact us at tania@yellowtreereading.com, and we will gladly assist you.

4. Payment Methods
